Website privacy notice

Our approach

This notice describes how Ecilade handles personal information submitted through our website and related correspondence. Last updated 5 November 2026.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, organisation, email address, enquiry category and any information you provide in your message. Our website also processes technical information necessary for site operation and spam prevention, such as IP addresses and verification signals.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond to you, consider potential services or partnerships, maintain appropriate business records and protect our website from misuse. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Who helps process it

Our website uses Cloudflare for hosting and bot protection, Resend to deliver enquiry notifications, and Microsoft 365 to receive and manage business correspondence. These providers may process information outside Australia, subject to their applicable arrangements. Do not submit confidential client documents, sensitive personal information, credentials or classified information through the public enquiry form.

Storage, security and retention

We restrict access to business correspondence and use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. Enquiry data is transmitted to our business mailbox through an email delivery service; we do not use the public website form as a client-document repository. We retain correspondence only as needed for legitimate business, operational or legal purposes and review records for deletion when no longer needed.

Access, corrections and concerns

You can ask about information you have provided, request corrections or raise a privacy concern through our contact form or by emailing hello@ecilade.com. We will consider your request and respond appropriately.

Updates

We may update this notice as our services and website change. Material new forms of collection or use should be reflected here before launch.

This notice relates to the public website and preliminary enquiries. Client assessment engagements require separate contractual and information-handling arrangements.
